Sige, so i really can not think of this week for you guys or what has happened... all i can remember is that we had some really awesome lesson plans for our families that we are teaching right now but we got punted from every single appointment... super bummer i was looking so forward to being able to go teach the Plan of Salvation to them but no one was home for some reason...
Umm one thing i can think of though is i got us some more investigators by going and skating with them and making a deal with them if i win they come and try out coming to Church cause they haven't tried yet but they had come in contact with missionaries before cause one of them skated as well but it was really awesome cause they are super super willing to listen especially just kind of telling them about how this Gospel has been able to help me and to improve and bless my life and they were really interested as in he wanted us to teach right there but we have return appointments with them this week so it will be good :) but it's so cool to just have a instant bond with other skaters and to be able to share about the Gospel with them. I love it and it is such a satisfying feeling!!!! :)
Today since it is halloween we did have a big district plan to go to the water falls in my area and have what is called a "Boodle fight" i've only had one so far in the mission but let me explain, so you take banana leafs and you lay them down and you throw on a bunch of rice in the middle of the leafs and then you have what is called Sudan "rice topping" best translation of that.... and you put it on top of the rice and everyone just starts digging in and eating with their hands haha it's something that is super huge here in the Philippines especially at parties and stuff like that :) but plans fell through... So that will happen next week!!! but we were able to go out and play some Volleyball in one of the area's in my district which was fun until the ball got ran over by a jeepny... so the kids that were watching our game went and grabbed a new ball for us and so we started playing with them which turned into a big game haha but super super fun and we played some basketball with them and went to the beach and had a big district lunch :) so it was still a good productive day we also made caramel popcorn but more kettle corn sia haha but still much better ang kettle corn sa akon :) pero nami man ang adlaw namon nasadya gid sia biscan nag sunburn ako.... kag nahidlaw ako magbake!!!!! gusto ko magbake mga pumpkin bars kag oreo eyeballs... pero mahal ang cream cheese kag chocolate diri... haha sorry super hard and confusing to speak or i guess type to you guys in english and speak ilonggo to your companion or type in ilonggo haha cause it just switches and sometimes i don't notice it cause it has just come normal to me now and either way i understand and just get in moods where i speak out in random languages.... so i am sorry if i do that a lot throughout my emails or if my english is bad... haha honestly i am starting to forget english and it's starting to not make sense to me sometimes when i hear some things in english but i understand in ilonggo.... the struggle is real guys... but i love and miss you guys so much and i wish you the best HALLOWEEN!!!!!
