July 2016 I Thought Hurricane Season Was Over?????

So some of you might get this title... some of you may not but that is up to you to decide if you get this or even know where it is from. :)

Second ummmm this week kind of sucked honestly i mean it was still productive and all and we reached our goal of 70 at Sacrament we had 78!!!!!!! and we had a whole family of less actives come to Church and actually saved 7 of them and the others amat-amat lang (little at a time) we are getting the others in the family to come back and our other families that are less active but we were so freaking happy to see that we had that in just 1 transfer we have been getting our Church attendance up!!!! :) So satisfying to see work pay off honestly and to see these families come back to this Gospel, it doesn't compare to any other feeling.

The reason why this week kind of sucked is because we have actually lost 5 of our really solid investigators that are ready for Baptism at the end of this month.. the reason why we lost them is because they moved!!! 4 of them didn't tell us cause they got moved by their work and had no idea... the other one is moving back in with her mom because her situation is very complicated right now so we had to give her to the Sisters and it was really sad for us but i had realized that you know what who freaking cares i mean yes we care and we wanted to be the ones to finish the teaching and everything but we know that it doesn't matter who finishes the lessons or baptizes here but as long as they are receiving the Gospel and come to know that it is true, that is all that matters. But everything is ok know and we are working our butts off again trying to find new Investigators so we will see how that goes in a day or two!!!

Also we met our new Mission President this last week!!!! he is super cool and has so many many good things and such an amazing Vision for this Mission and i am so excited to see it all put into action.

Filipinos are super cute and little haha this is a cute little filipina that we OYM'd at a Chinese temple as we were going to find a very very very stubborn less active family and she wanted a picture so you will see in the pictures but just reminds me of living at home with the cute little brown girl that i call my sister ;) haha i had to put a short joke in here at least once.... ;)

I love you all and hope you had an amazing 4th!!!!!! keep being amazing and safe you guys!!!!! Remember who you are.

Keep Smiling :) Palangga Ko Kamo

Pagpalangga,

Elder Merrill
